You can also choose to add your own personalization, such as a name, image or logo. Once you have completed your order, our team will get to work creating your custom tumbler and shipping it to you in a timely manner.   • Do you really provide a lifetime warranty on lids and speakers?
    Yes, at Sogiftme, we take pride in the quality of our products. We understand that accidents happen, and we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty on all lids and Sogiftme bluetooth speakers. If your lid or speaker becomes damaged or broken, simply contact us, and we'll replace it free of charge.   • How long will it take for my order to arrive?
    At Sogiftme, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped out. Our standard shipping option typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee, which can be selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping carrier delays.
  • Do you have a physical location?
    No, we are currently an online store. However, you can find us at different trade show/events each month. Follow us on our social media for updated events.
  • Where can I find you in person?
    We attend various trade shows and events every weekend. You can find us at our permanent location the 1st Monday Trade Days of Canton, Texas in the Original Pav II Booth 63-66 every month. For other event, follow us on our social media for updates on where we will be next.
  • Do you offer services for private events or corporate functions?
    Yes, Sogiftme is open to attending private events such as reunions, teacher events, and corporate functions.   • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes. You can purchase electronic gifts cards in increments of $25, $50, $100 or $200.
  • What are the payment options?
    We currently accept payments from most major credit cards, Debit Card, Venmo, Cash App and PayPal. In addition, we offer AfterPay, Klarna and Affirm to our customers.
  • What is your return policy?
    We'll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received within 30 days of purchase.
  • Do we have a mobile app available?

    Yes, the products that you see on our social media accounts are the same products listed on our website.
  • Does Sogiftme offer Afterpay?
    Yes, Sogiftme offers Afterpay as a payment option for our customers. Afterpay is a service that allows you to buy now and pay later in four equal installments. This means you can get all your favorite items from our online store and pay for them over time, without any interest or additional fees. Simply select Afterpay at checkout and follow the prompts.
