We ship worldwide. Your order will be packaged really carefully and delivered wherever you want. Delivery takes between 2-4 business days. You will receive an e-mail after ordering with more information about the delivery.
Absolutely! Every order is packaged with care, and you can add a gift note during checkout. We don’t include prices on packing slips — perfect for gifting.
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition. Custom orders are final sale unless there’s an error on our end (we’ll make it right!).

Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@sogiftme.store within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We’ll take care of it and make things right — promise.
For apparel: Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results.
For tumblers: Hand wash only. Avoid dishwashers and microwaves to preserve the design.
